- Ownership of end-to-end Growth strategy and operation for Pakistan's end-to-end paid performance media strategy (user growth goal, conversions and generating leads, budget management, execution excellence) for Circles Life's telco business.
- Drive operational excellence - objective setting, A/B test, reporting, campaign setup, review and control, with the support of digital agency. You are fully accountable for yours and the digital agency's work quality & budget.
- Deliver insights and recommendations through a well-thought and structured analysis and critical thinking.
- Work closely with the cross-functional business team and creative teams, to drive the north-star agenda.
- At least 7+ years of performance marketing with a track record of proven success
- Digital media planning and/or SEO experience in a performance-based organization (agency/client-side) is a huge plus
- Digital native with a keen eye on the latest digital marketing trends (i.e. emerging digital media channels, performance optimization techniques, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in using various digital marketing & analytics tools including but not limited to Google marketing products (i.e. Google Ads, Editor, Data Studio, Analytics), and Facebook Business Manager (FBM).
- Proven analytics & data-driven thinking with the ability to make sense of various performance metrics, come up with learnings to action steps and formulate optimization tactics across multiple channels
- Resourceful self-starter with robust strategic thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
- With an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome complex issues
- Excellent understanding / or have experience in digital technology industry a bonus
