This is a remote position.Target industry:- B2B, Technical Sales,IT industry, Automobile, HospitalitySkills- " product knowledge", negotiation, sales, " cold calling", " customer relations", analytical, " analytical skills", " verbal communication", "new business", selling, business, marketing, networking, courtesy, pipeline, " business development".Sales Roles and Responsibilities : -
  • Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to the Server and networking products Like cisco Router,switch , firewall / Dell,IBM, Lenovo, Neutanics, EMC storage and server, etc. of the organization and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions, responding to client requests for proposals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating ability to build long term sustainable clients.
  • Ability to generate new relationships with decision makers in organizations.
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • Ability to build a pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process.
  • Accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis.
  • Need to be self motivated and aggressive in achieving targets.
  • Identifying New Sales Leads via Direct Customer Engagement - Qualifying the per-generated leads over the call/Email - Speaking with decision-makers & explaining the product/service
  • Understanding the requirement of B2B customers & demonstrating the services along with value proposition - Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients & meet reporting deadlines.
  • closing sales and working with the client through the closing process - Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs (RFPs) - Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Generate leads and opportunities from existing and new customers - Identify and pursue new regions, sectors, and areas where opportunities can be developed - Managing and growing our channel partner network across the world - Able to Meet quarterly sales targets
  • The candidate must have knowledge of Networking Products, cloud, storage, software,Business Alignment,
  • Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals Maintain prompt communication and provide timely information.
RequirementsGender preference:- Male/FemaleEducation Qualification : - MBA - Marketing - Technical Education Background will be plus (BE,BTech,MSC)Preferred Skills : - Exposure to interacting with international clientele is very desirable. - B2B Sales/ IT Sales Background, with previous experience in selling IT security products preferred - Ability to understand technical (Cyber/ Information security) requirements and offer appropriate solutions. - Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills and communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - MS-PowerPoint - MS-Excel - English Proficiency (Spoken) (Business Communication) - English Proficiency (Written).BenefitsPerks : - Flexible work hours, snacks & beverages.Medical / accidental insurance of 10 lacs/3lacs each
