- Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
- Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
- Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
- Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
- Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a high volume setting.
- Associate's Degree in F&B and/or course certification from an accredited Culinary Institute.
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a high volume, with strong food knowledge, hotel/casino environment
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
