- Prepare, perform and validate Forecasting, incl. use of valid modelling methods
- Perform Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet analyses, incl. but not limited to Manufacturing Variances, Purchase Price Variance, inventory, and costs.
- Provide professional business partnership to our internal customers
- Carry out cyclical period end activities
- Provide review and reporting of Operational KPIs
- Implement new reporting tools and analytics
- Make-or-buy and other business cases, capital investments attractiveness assessments
- Drive and validate standardization across BU Plants (worldwide) in areas of KPIs definitions and calculation methodology, standard costing, reporting standards
- Masters in Finance, Accounting or Economics (CIMA, ACCA would be a preference)
- Plant controlling experience required , international corporations environment preferred
- Solid understanding of manufacturing organizations and supply chains, manufacturing budgeting, forecast processes, consolidation and functional expenses
- Practical knowledge on costing methodologies, overhead cost validation and cost of sales validation
- Experience in statistical analysis, financial modelling, and financial accounting
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, easy to approach and able to interact with various functions to build professional relationships
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of at least select reporting platforms (Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI)
- SAP system knowledge will be preferred
