Responsibilities
- Implement and administer HR procedures and processes.
- Provide information and consultancy, where necessary, to managers and employees about employee relations, HR activities and HR systems.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records in the HR Systems and database in a timely manner.
- Ensure creation and administration of personnel files in compliance with the company policies and legislation. (both hard and soft copies).
- Prepare and administer employment related documents, such as: employment contracts, addendums, offer letters (for new joiners and internal promotions), certification letters, and warning letters in a timely manner.
- Support delivery of effective employee onboarding process aiming to ensure a smooth and efficient employee induction and orientation
- Create new joiners and termination IT tickets.
- Responsable of the background screening process.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees
- Collaborate and take responsibility for smooth and timely running of HR operations and building effective work relationships.
- Prepare HR-related reports and statistics upon request
- Observe the policies and take measures to protect the confidentiality of the data and information he/she has access to.
- Support and participate in activities related to internal communication, organization of internal and corporate events, if needed.
- Perform other additionally assigned tasks, within the competences of the position.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Administration or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of MS Office tools (Excel is a must)
- Knowledge of the applicable labor law and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of customer service skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility, self-motivation, can-do attitude, and ability to work in a team
- Organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
