Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to. Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA. Understanding of Multi-geo support environment. Improves and maintains customer and its employee(s) satisfaction. Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of installation configuration and migration. Extensive hands-on technical skills to cover installation, configuration, administration, and advanced troubleshooting of data networks in large enterprise that includes Wired & Wireless. 3. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written). 4. Perform root cause analysis. 5. Able to handle high pressure. 6. Experience on Cisco (Routers/Switches), and Juniper products 7. Experience on Wireless technologies Cisco, Juniper 8. Experience on Firewall rules & troubleshooting Security incidents across Cisco ASA / Checkpoint & Juniper Firewalls 9. Should have good understanding of SDWAN solutions. 10. Handling troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, & VPN 11. Good hands-on experience with OS upgrades of different vendors devices. 12. Hands on experience on load Balancers & Optimizers like Riverbed 13. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IPAM solutions 14. Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM, DHCP, DNS etc. 15. Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks, VTP Ether channel, STP, RSTP and MST. 16. Excellent NOC Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical 17. Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process. 18. Experience on any cloud technologies or SDN technologies will be an added advantage Soft Skills Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Good documentation skills Should have excellent customer handling skills. To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.)
