- Support with the annual pay and bonus review cycle work, carrying out benchmarking and other related activities.
- Managing compensation projects including survey submissions and M&A activity.
- Developing salary structures and prepares presentations and recommendations for their implementation.
- Reviewing the sales incentive plans.
- Conduct audits on compensation data.
- Working closely with vendors and completing benefits renewals.
- Collate and complete analysis on compensation and benefits related data.
- Ensure the total reward offering is competitive and fit for purpose and propose suitable recommendations for enhancements.
- Partnering with the wider HR team and other departments such as finance, ensure all reward policies and practices are adhered to.
