Preparing and executing stowage plans for various cargoes, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Tracking and managing voyage performance efficiently, while implementing best practices.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of Breakbulk, Bulk, and Project cargoes.
Managing Port Operations and steering them towards achieving desired results.
Conducting random inspections of ships and Port Operations to ensure compliance with company policy and standards.
Ensuring adherence to HSEQ directives on the operational front.
Managing and analyzing voyage costings to derive value through meaningful savings.
Managing Stevedores and Port vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Reviewing cargo stowage and optimizing cargo lifting, loading, and unloading sequences.
Monitoring hold cleaning plans, including supply of chemicals and supervisors, and utilizing technology to bring about savings.
Planning bunker supplies and coordinating with bunker suppliers.
Liaising with P&I clubs and legal teams to resolve disputes.
