The Company offers a fully integrated engineering design and construction solutions to both public and private sector clients across Nigeria. Some of its notable projects include but not limited to;- High-end Residential Development- 200 rooms Hotel Development- Highrise Office Development & Construction- Factory Development & Construction- Warehouse Construction for multinational FMCG- Construction of Brewing Plant for multinational FMCG- Road Construction for state governments- Canal Earthwork & Pipeline Excavation for governments- Water Plant Construction etc.The company is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced management consultant to lead its team of consultants and drive the company’s growth and success. As the Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategic planning, business development, project management, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:§ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.§ Provide leadership and direction to the management team and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.§ Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities for growth, including expanding into new markets and sectors.§ Oversee project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.§ Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the company's profitability and sustainability.§ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.§ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as company policies and procedures.§ Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities and risks, and adapt the company's strategies accordingly.Requirements§ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.§ Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in a senior management role.§ Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a construction company or division.§ Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.§ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.§ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.§ Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and practices related to the construction industry in Nigeria.§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.BenefitsHighly Negotiable + other interesting benefits
