• Customers and stakeholders benefit from fit-for-purpose configuration and knowledge management practices that meet or exceed SLA targets and interface effectively with supplier and customer processes
• The CMDB and knowledge bases are modelled and managed in a way that supports the ServiceNow transformation of Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management (e.g. exploit automation, orchestration and AI)
• The configuration management database (CMDB) provides the right level of appropriate information to stakeholders of the Arqiva products and services
• The CMDB is accurate and up-to-date so that people referring to it for decision-making are reaching well-informed outcomes
• Products and services have data built and updated in the CMDB at the appropriate points throughout the Demand to Cease process to ensure that project milestones are hit, new services can have ServiceNow records raised against them and retired services are removed from visibility
• The relationship between company assets and service configuration items is defined at the appropriate level to support financial and inventory requirements without compromising the service requirements
• Problems and queries with CK activities and processes are addressed in a timely manner and to customers' satisfaction

• ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundation certificate

• Some experience managing a Configuration Management Database
• Extensive experience using a service management system to manage accurate records

• Comprehensive knowledge of Configuration Management and its benefit to service operations
• Highly proficient in accurate data entry
