Job Description:Job Description of the role:➢ Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for each BU’s monthly Business Review Meeting➢ Planning & driving weekly Insurance heads meeting & action items to closure➢ Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making➢ Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members➢ Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas➢ Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance➢ Objective Key Results coaching to business teams➢ Closely work with senior management and➢ Coordination with various teams across organization➢ Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams➢ Top down budget & target setting➢ Audits and compliance oversightSkill set required for the role:➢ Strong financial acumen➢ Analytical mindset➢ High confidence and strong communication skills➢ Dynamic and agile thinker ➢ Strong team player➢ Flexibility to go the extra mile➢ Excellent excel and presentation skillsEducation qualifications and experience:➢ MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant➢ Bachelors of Commerce➢ 5-6 years of experience
