Job Responsibilities - Branch Manager; Responsible for managing a team of Front life sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents. Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel. Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the FLS. To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents. Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations. Manage a team of Ardm, Sr.Ardm and Ex.Ardm with Marketing Executive and Advisor and CDA are working under your observation. Arrange all activities like BOP weekly basic for the sales support and recruit new advisor and monitor them. Maximising every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of sales quality and recognizing potential development . Work as a profit Center head and responsible for the profitability of the branch.
