About the role:As BYD's Operations Supervisor, you will spearhead key aspects of our automotive business in Italy. Your role involves optimizing vehicle planning and inventory, managing logistics, and enhancing dealer and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, oversee supply chain management.   • Planning preparation to keep vehicle inventory and quality at reasonable range to fulfill the orders of Italian market.
  • Maintain logistics damage to lower level through various means or with the help of third-party agencies, and promptly make relevant claims.
  • Provide spare parts or tools support for VPC, PDl, logistics damage or product defect repair, and technical upgrades of vehicles.
  • Identify potential risks, take measures in advance to avoid accidents, additional expenses, or delays.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to promote BYD's products and services and enhance the brand's influence in the Italy, together with a team of 2 headcounts for planning and logistics.
  • Manage business relationships with compound and logistics partners, ensure the work to be done in compliance with BYD standards, so to provide customers with first-class products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction and continuously exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote BYD's vehicle quality control process, implement training and supervision of quality control documents.
  • Develop operational department budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and make data driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Continuously innovate, formulate, and implement effective strategies, leading the operational strategy and development direction of the automotive business.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the line manager or Head of Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills. Chinese language is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor and above in Business management, supply chain.
  • At least 8+ years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Professional PC user skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT). Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Management of supply chain and warehouse storage.
