- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Sign for and distribute express mail, packages, policies, invoices etc.
- Handling and answer call-in business and allocate to related DS.
- Facilitate the paper work to obtain the approval of sales initiatives, including the events, campaigns and sales incentives.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, office equipment, phones, and office keys.
- Help sales team for some market research, regular reporting (external /internal), salesforce coordinator, Fapiao issue solving and premium refund etc.
- Working with Compliance staff to make sure sales activity following the regulator rules.
- Other duties as assigned by branch senior management.
- University/College graduate with sales related experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
- Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
- Self-motivated.
- Team work and good communication skills.
