In addition, this position supports the local sales department in the preparation of offers and the processing of tenders, support with marketing tasks, and last but not least assist with administration of medical device registration and radiation protection documentation. Due to the high level of communication skills and the extraordinary ability to work in a team, this position helps to ensure professional and efficient sales and service tasks, which contributes to a high level of employee and customer satisfaction.Main responsibilities
  • Administration and maintenance of offers and public tenders towards to customers
  • Preparation of offers and processing of tenders in cooperation with sales and service management
  • Assist with contractual management review and perform contract risk review
  • Account lifecycle management (Salesforce/CLM)
  • Maintenance of the master data and installed base of our customers in coordination with other functional areas
  • Creation of purchase orders and quotes
  • Manage relationship with suppliers
  • Provide assistance to customer’s and supplier’s inquiries on email or telephone and escalate complaints to relevant departments.
  • Document management
  • Manage registration of medical devices (SUKL)
  • Administration and maintenance of documentation related to the Radiation Safety (SUJB): Assisting the radiation protection officer in the Czech and Slovakia with administrative activities, e.g. with regards to handling permits/licenses, dosimeter calibration and evaluations, radiation protection work instructions, radioactive source handling and registration, support of internal and external audits
  • Support local organization to assure compliance with appropriate safety, quality and other regulatory / management systems.
  • Radioactive source management (ordering, scheduling, deliveries,)
  • Support for field service team with administrative activities, e.g. spare parts orders and returns, shipping and calibration of service tools
  • Ad-hoc execution of letter and parcel dispatch, organization of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Marketing organizational support
Skills & knowledge required
  • Professional, customer-centric appearance and behavior
  • English and Czech language is required, German is advantage
  • Very good IT skills with MS Office and ideally also with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Coupa, M3 is advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with an excellent sense of dynamically changing situations and priorities
  • Interest and curiosity to acquire knowledge independently.
  • Strong communication skills
  • High degree of teamwork, self-organization, and personal responsibility
  • Exceptional self-motivation and flexibility
  • Knowledge in the field of public procurement and medical devices is advantage
  • Knowledge in the field of radiation protection is advantage
