- Carry out financial administration tasks relating to social care income collection, purchase ordering and payment for goods and services.
- Dealing with enquiries from members of the public, the Council and external bodies.
- Work with the team supervisor to establish new, monitor and revise existing procedures, processes and systems to enhance the service
- Preparation of management and performance information reports to demonstrate and improve performance and inform financial planning
- Experience of working in a financial environment.
- Proficient with financial systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Organisational and problem solving skills to ensure support is timely and effective
- Experience of partnership working with service users, providers and partner agencies
- Proven IT skills in the production of reports, data and presentations
