- Several years of experience in analyzing extensive complex IT systems and a deep understanding of technical and business processes and interrelationships
- Excellent knowledge of tools for visualizing and documenting software requirements (Jira/Confluence Office products)
- Ability to present visualize and convey complex technical contexts in a straightforward manner
- Experience in working with highly complex data landscapes
- Strong social skills especially in dealing with stakeholders (management business departments technical staff)
- Knowledge and practical experience in agile software development processes and in working in agile software implementation teams
