- Lead Azure infrastructure projects, ensuring best practices in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) within Azure, enhancing automation and consistency.
- Mentor junior DevOps team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest Azure services and features, evaluating their potential impact on our projects.
- Ensure system reliability and performance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues proactively.
- Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, with a deep understanding of Azure services.
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to best practices in DevOps.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
