Abacus Technology is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for multiple contracts and programs as part of our Oklahoma cost center. This is a part-time position, working approximately 20-25 hours per week.Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support such as technical writing, proofreading, technical editing of word processing and other computer-based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product, and preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material.
  • Provide assistance with maintaining personnel and other files; prepares correspondence, schedules and coordinates travel.
  • Support the development of contract deliverables and reports by developing and updating graphic presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.
  • Responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations.
  • Perform analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required.
Qualifications3+ years experience providing administrative support. Must be proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with all levels of an organization including senior level executives. Detail-oriented and organizational skills are critical. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Solid communication skills are critical. Previous experience supporting government contracts desirable. Must be a US citizen.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
