Explore more on Cubic.com.Job Details:· This position will provide realistic and real-world command chain actions and reactions of the synthetic events they are involved in, in order to assist with the training of Customer personnel to achieve maritime warfare training outcomes. The position requires the incumbent to have generalist skills in order to act as a role player, professional interactor.ResponsibilitiesProvide tactically accurate blue-force and/or red-force professional interactor functions and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:ADF tactics, doctrine and proceduresAnti-submarine warfare (ASW) tactics and proceduresAnti-air warfare (AAW) tactics and proceduresAnti-surface (ASuW) warfare tactics and proceduresElectronic Warfare (EW) tactics and proceduresAir Space managementNaval Gunfire Support and joint fire missionsExecute and coordinate synthetic training eventsProvide realistic and real-world command-chain actions and reactions for synthetic eventsProvide input to exercise related pre and post-event documentationThis position is only available to Australian citizens. Permanent Residents and working visa holders will not be considered, as the incumbent must hold a current Australian Defence Security Clearance at minimum NV1 level, with ability to upgrade to NV2.The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:Essential:The ability to work unsupervisedAssist in the delivery of structured training programmesDisplay personal and professional skills and display the ability to build sound stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work under pressure and to tight timeframesProblem solving skillsBe eligible to access ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) information.DesirableHave knowledge of current ADF Simulation doctrine, tactics and proceduresExperience working in a military training environmentcomprehension and use of military/RAN voice proceduresCombat System Operator experience or equivalentRAAF experience as Air Warfare specialistUnderstanding of the application and conduct of training systems, exercise development, military communications and C2 systems.What does Cubic offer?
