- Organizing and managing the construction site layout, material storage, access points, and waste management for optimal workflow and safety.
- Effectively allocating resources such as equipment, tools, and materials to support construction tasks and uphold productivity.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily work activities, assisting with 4WLAH plans, and reporting progress and issues to the site management team.
- Coordinating with the site manager and personnel to integrate, inspect, and complete work according to plan.
- Managing the usage and upkeep of construction equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborating with project managers and senior site personnel to report progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards, and verifying correct methodology implementation.
- Supervising subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and schedules, providing guidance and addressing issues.
- Providing technical support to subcontractors and personnel as needed.
- Conducting safety briefings and monitoring adherence to safety procedures, RAMS, and quality standards among site personnel.
- Monitoring construction activities for adherence to project specifications and promptly addressing quality issues.
- Managing site logistics, including plant, equipment, and materials, to ensure quality and quantity verification, distribution, and usage management.
- Monitoring worker productivity, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance efficiency onsite.
