THE ROLE As a Junior People Advisor, you will support the Talent Management and Learning team with projects and ad hoc activities such as the Mentoring Programme, 360 Assessments, Coaching, Leadership Development, and Assessments. OPPORTUNITES Talent Management & learning: You will maintain various cloud platforms used on learning and development programs, from A to Z. You will track and report program completion, feedback forms etc. You will assist in the performance management process. Rewards & Recognition: You will support the different recognition programs. You will monitor Recognition KPIs and build insights. HR Department – global admin support: You will support the team in collecting and analyzing data related to the global HR department. You will liaise with the procurement team to onboard new suppliers in Temenos systems. You will raise POs and monitor invoices and spent. HR4HR: You will upload and build content for HR inspirations and upskilling sessions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will support the content development for the quarterly HR calls. You will maintain and manage the HR4HR SharePoint page. Skills You should have previous experience in HR field is preferred You should have a first experience in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making You should be digitally savvy – proficient in using learning technology and analytics tools. You should have a learner mindset, curious and creative You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player You should be detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities VALUES Care about industry trends, marketing best practices, and innovative approaches.
