Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job type: on-site full time Salary: 25,000- 32,000 Position Overview: As a Senior HR Manager at RAILWORLD INDIA PVT.LTD., you will play a strategic role in shaping and implementing human resources policies, procedures, and initiatives. You will lead the HR team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective management of the organization's most valuable asset - its people. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Work closely with senior management to understand business needs and anticipate HR-related challenges. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing guidance to supervisors and employees. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans. Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs. Implement strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to professional growth. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in employment legislation. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures. Manage employee benefits programs, addressing queries and overseeing open enrollment processes. HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports for executive management, highlighting key HR performance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable. 2-5years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven experience in managing and developing HR teams. Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
