Prepare regular reports for executive management, highlighting key HR performance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable. 2-5years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven experience in managing and developing HR teams.
