These spaces allow guests to reconnect with each other, and set the pace for every highlight of the day. From the buffet to the bistronomic restaurant, from the theme bar to the tasting cellar, you'll find yourself in a multi-faceted environment. - oversee the organization of service and team management before, during and after the opening of the resort's various restaurant(s) for buffets of 600 to 1000 covers per service
- Manage a team of 10 to 20 dishwashing staff
- Ensure equipment maintenance (light and heavy dishwashing)
