- - Run the Bank function for the Calypso platform - Lead and mentor the 5 member support team - Be SPOC for Support with the stakeholders and responsible for follow-ups on RCAs and closures. - Assist with strategic (bank) initiatives to develop capabilities
- Overall, 10-14 years of experience as a Calypso Application Support Lead Engineer
- Strong drive for Continuous learning and improvement
- Good functional knowledge of FX, MM, and Fixed Income Products
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a geographically dispersed team
