- You will plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, tailored to the specific needs and abilities of your students.
- Maintain a deep understanding of your subject area, including biology, chemistry, and physics, as well as the latest developments and advancements in scientific research.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and empowered to participate actively in lessons.
- Regularly assess student progress through a variety of methods, including tests, quizzes, practical experiments, and coursework.
- Facilitate practical work and experiments to provide students with hands-on opportunities to explore scientific concepts, develop their investigative skills.
- Have previous experience working as a teacher within an educational setting.
- Original or certified copies of your degree certificates relevant to teaching science (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education, PGCE).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certificate or evidence of completion of a recognized teacher training program.
- Hold relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field.
- Are passionate about supporting the learning and development of student and making a positive difference in their lives.
