**Shift:** 2nd Shift - Mon thru Thurs 5:00pm - 3:30am, Friday OT
**Pay:** Depending on Experience**Responsibilities:**
Ensure that all textile production processes are running effectively and efficiently.Monitor production staff to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.Ensure that production schedules are adhered to and that production targets are met.Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas of inefficiency and develop solutions.Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance, instruction and feedback.Monitor and evaluate staff performance and take appropriate corrective action as needed.Implement new production processes and procedures as needed.Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase productivity.Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply of raw materials and finished products.Troubleshoot any production issues and take corrective action as needed.Work with other departments to ensure smooth transition of production processes from one department to the next.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety codes and company policies.Skills needed:Knowledge of textile production processesUnderstanding of quality control processesAbility to train and lead production staffStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and solve problemsExcellent computer skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to work well under pressure**We Offer:**
