Lean Challenge is a local and international competition where university students develop Continuous Improvement Projects based on methodology and principles of Quality Wins and Lean Manufacturing.Your responsibilities

Review materials that require inspection upon arrival from the Warehouse, and update the parameters in SAP that determine whether or not they should be inspected.
Implement records for these inspections and document critical quality.
Update “Inspection Yes” list (Materials that require inspection).
Determine inspection criteria.
Develop database for measurement records.
Document process to add or remove materials “Inspection Yes”

Your background

Active student from the sixth semester of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or similar.
Use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point at an intermediate level.
Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Quality standards
Use of statistical software such as Minitab and reading plans is desirable.
Advanced level of English is desirable.
