Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for welding robot integration
Allocate resources efficiently, monitor project expenses, and ensure adherence to timelines
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with welding robot implementation
Collaborate with vendors to select and implement appropriate welding robot systems
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
Implement quality control measures to ensure welding processes meet industry standards
Develop training programs and documentation for personnel involved in robotic welding operations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects
Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and safety requirements

Bachelor's degree as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in project management, specifically in welding robotics projects is a plus
In-depth knowledge of welding processes, robotic systems, and automation technologies
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to welding and robotics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Hybrid working model in Szczecin
Cooperation based on the employment contract or B2B
Monday - Friday: 6:00-17:00/ 8 hours
