Bachelor's Degree
Min. 5 years relevant work experience (Global Mobility field)
Microsoft office proficiencies including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
You enjoy working in a team, but also contribute individually
You are business fluent in English and Hungarian
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in order to complete several projects on time
You are used to work in international teams and with multiple interfaces
You are open for changes, solution oriented, pragmatic and agile
You are looking for simplification and active in communication

What You Bring

Leading of the delegation and back office team (10 employees)
Launch new delegations of employees and coordinate the process across different stakeholders and partners
Prepare, track and maintain contracts including back up documentations for the business unit
Supervise and support the approval process for monthly time sheets and post hours on projects
Keep daily contact with our engineers and other central departments
Drive purchasing of different services and materials
Organize and prepare the documentation of employee trainings
Support the onboarding of our new hires
Support travel arrangements of engineers if necessary
Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
Daily maintenance of different tools
