- 2 roles in A2R – acquire to retire - Improve efficiency to strategically plan for and manage fixed assets from acquisition, through useful life, to disposal.
- 1 role - H2R Streamline HR processes, (including rostering) to enable clear and concise ways of working, and a great people experience.
- 2 roles - Budget to Report (B2R): Promote standardised processes that enable faster, more accurate financial processing and reporting. / Order to Cash (O2C): Drive seamless account management enabled through self-service portals and digital enabled invoicing.
- Roles will entail design and process optimisation
- Part of the process analysis team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in business process analysis in large business transformation programs/projects with at least two full project life cycles completed for Finance.
- Experience in business process design, modelling, mapping and documentation.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of various software development methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with both ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Strong consultation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and in remote working situations.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Solid focus on delivering business value.
- Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in SAP project delivery successfully delivering enabling services business benefits and outcomes is highly desirable.
- Experience in working with a group of Business Process Analysts and leading by example.
- Strong understanding of business architecture concepts, processes, and principles
- Ability and confidence to challenge business requests and, proposed and existing solutions to ensure the focus is on delivering value.
- Experience with frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, PMBOK, PRINCE2, P3M3, PROSCI, ITIL and BABOK.
- The capacity and ability to negotiate or communicate on behalf of the program with project teams, Airservices Executive or other key stakeholders.
- Experience in developing Business Process Centre of Excellence, integrating it into the business delivery services, and overseeing its continued operation.
