A well-established firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to manage a caseload at their Bedford office. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and ideally have experience in acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, lease extensions, right to buy and right to acquire.
