Salary: Up to £57,750 per annum depending on experience.

The primary purpose of this role, though not exhaustive, includes overseeing all aspects of the Hospital's operations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality standards of diagnosis-specific care and treatment, tailored to individual needs. This involves leading, managing, and directing a multidisciplinary team in line with the client's Strategic Plan and individual requirements. Additionally, achieving full compliance with regulatory body requirements and relevant legislation is paramount. Marketing the Hospital to potential commissioners and referrers to generate new business opportunities is also a key responsibility. Managing both organic and planned changes within the service to meet the demands of new business is integral to the role.About You:
  • Must have worked as a Registered Manager before and have experience of managing a clinical team (A clinical qualification or live nurse PIN would be desirable but is not essential)
  • To have completed QCF(NVQ) level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements Legislation and outcomes
  • Experience and understanding of what constitutes a high-quality specific residential service.
  • Collaborating with a Multi-Disciplinary Team to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
  • The ability to manage and guide staff including clinicians via formal supervisions and appraisals to maintain and improve quality and morale.
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
