• Supervise trainers and be responsible for timely delivery of training
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing training programs
• Work with the business stakeholders to understand the training requirements for planning and delivery
• Closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee training
• Involve in Quality check and bookkeeping training reports
• Create business review decks
• Should maintain the knowledge repository and make the necessary edits to keep the content current and relevant
• Monitor and report all training conducted by the business unit
• Assist the business unit in the hiring process
• Manage the shift roster and leave tracker
• Engage in trainer development by providing feedback, performance improvement plans and continuous monitoring
• Develop content per the needs analysis
• Participate in the business review call to understand the needs and requirements
