- Supervise trainers and be responsible for timely delivery of training
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing training programs
- Work with the business stakeholders to understand the training requirements for planning and delivery
- Closely with the L&D manager to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee training
- Involve in Quality check and bookkeeping training reports
- Create business review decks
- Should maintain the knowledge repository and make the necessary edits to keep the content current and relevant
- Monitor and report all training conducted by the business unit
- Assist the business unit in the hiring process
- Manage the shift roster and leave tracker
- Engage in trainer development by providing feedback, performance improvement plans and continuous monitoring
- Develop content per the needs analysis
- Participate in the business review call to understand the needs and requirements
