To maintain and improve the store’s revenue, profitability, and quality service.
To ensure the store’s compliance with health and safety policy and guidelines.
To strengthen team dynamics, cultivate morale, and support independence.
To meet quality service and production standards consistently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations.
Manage and supervise team members’ work performance.
Analyze and create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Observe the store’s good cash control.
Develop and plan the store’s marketing strategy to improve the store's profitability.
Ensure that the service and production standards are always maintained.
Oversee and ensure good inventory management.
Effectively plot and manage manpower scheduling.

Job Specifications:

Must possess any Bachelor’s Degree.
With at least 2 years of work experience in the Food Industry or Retail Industry.
Must be organized in store operations and reporting.
Must be able to consistently follow the store's standard operational procedures.
Must be able to handle inventory management.
Willing to work in Baclaran Roxas, Paranaque.
