Job Position: Sales ExecutiveSalary Up To RM5000Location: Kuala LumpurJob Descriptions:
  • Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.
  • To manage project development from initiation to closure.
  • To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target.
  • To understand customers needs and bring successfully SKK Paint products/ service directly to customers.
  • To building and strengthen relationship with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users.
  • To do customer mapping to identify the main players on market segments.
  • To develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers.
  • To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanour when handling all matters.
  • Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
  • Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related
courses. * Able to communication well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley
(for KL base) and Johor (for Johor base applicant). * Fresh grade welcomes to apply
