JOB PURPOSEAlign the commercial execution strategy for each Cencora Alvita market to centrally created revenue and profit targets. Work with country commercial leads to develop the long range plan (LRP). Leads the Alvita commercial excellence function through direct and indirect reports operating in BI, Sales force effectiveness & category management Directly responsible for the analysis, creation and deployment of revenue & profit growth opportunities. (RGM)Works with VP on new market and new category growth expansion plans.2. KEY RESPONSIBILTIIESOperational Excellence: Oversee the budgeting and planning process with the VP and finance business partner. Ensures in year delivery of budgeted commercial initiatives, measuring and course correcting with local market teams.NPD: works with central marketing to highlight new areas of category, channel or market opportunity. Sets the launch strategy with central marketing with specific reference to launch pricing and promotional strategy and in store execution expectations.RGM: Reviews each market pricing & promotional strategy to evaluate areas of opportunity. Conducts elasticity analysis to inform the strategy. Supports the VP with existing brand portfolio analysis and recommendations.Category management: Oversees category management activities across markets to ensure analysis done for multiple markets, insight gained and deployed with actions. Main focus is on NPD gap analysis for each market to drive rolling NPD pipeline.Business Intelligence: Oversees all reporting and measurement to ensure one version of the truth and standardized data collection. Liaises with IT to ensure access to platforms and Alvita needs considered in any new platform creation.Team leadership: oversees (dotted line) cross market category management (2) and BI (1). Direct reporting line of 2 people - central BI analyst and Sales Force effectiveness manager.3.1 JOB HOLDERS SPECIFICATIONStakeholder managementWorks across all Cencora markets where Alvita is present, establishing relationships with key local stakeholders. Some travel may be required for this role.Builds strong relationships with Alvita market commercial teams leads, market sales directors, Local Alphega teams, Central Alvita teams and finance.Self-starterSets own work agenda in line with key priorities aligned with Alvita VPAs there are few central systems must be able to work across the organisation to find all existing data sources which can support the Alvita growth agenda and provide insight.CommunicationAbility to work across markets and cultures.Comfortable presenting to & influencing senior stakeholders.Standard settingSets the standards for commercial excellence across all markets.CommercialUse deep knowledge of consumer healthcare sales to drive maximum impact on commercial delivery through local commercial teams.What your background should look like3.2 EXPERIENCEExtensive experience of brands in consumer healthcare environmentHands on experience of Revenue/profit growth management (RGM)Experience of category management preferred.Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilityAdvanced English language capability to communicate efficiently across and above country.
