Our Fulfilment Capability Tribe strives to create best in class eCommerce operations, delivering effortless experiences for our team and ensuring every order is fulfilled with complete satisfaction.We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for building solutions. Identify and implement world class fulfilment technology for improving fulfilment efficiency and team experience. You will help take our capabilities to the next level by building out the product strategy to ensure that we prioritise and partner effectively to deliver long-term sustainable value and ROI.Key focus areas
  • Define & drive the product strategy to help accelerate the eCom F24-26 business strategy
  • Establish and manage the Fulfilment Tech product roadmap
  • Ruthlessly prioritise initaitives, balancing trade-offs to produce the best outcome for the customer, product and business
  • Partner with others across the business including, Engineering, Operations & Design teams to deliver shared outcomes
  • Lead strategic initiatives that strike a balance between customer satisfaction, team effectiveness and business outcomes
  • Identify and explore commercial opportunities

Core skills:
  • Experience within fulfillment/logistics teams, order process/eCommerce operations/store network leveraging smart tech
  • Create an outcome driven, value based Product roadmap that has the support of the organisation, makes clear the product's direction, and connects to the organisational strategy and purpose.
  • Prioritises and explains trade-offs throughout the design and development of my product, reducing time to market and increasing return on investment.
  • Strong commercial acumen - Makes financially sound critical product decisions, understands financial trade offs that impact the profitability of the Tribe and uses this as an input to their decisions, defines and aligns business cases & revenue models for the product.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - uses professional influence to consistently obtain the support of senior stakeholders across many areas of Woolworths, outside my immediate area. Build strong relationships across the business.
  • Amazing partnering skills with others, assuring roles are clear in undertaking efficiency projects across the Tribe that have an impact on the performance of the organisation, co-creates OKRs within my team and aligns across teams.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal. Provide usable, influential and tailored recommendations that others understand because of the strong purpose and rationale behind the reasons, benefits, and tradeoffs in the approach.
  • Prior experience in fulfilment highly desirable
