Responsibilities
- Schedule internal and client meetings for the Locust Walk deal team.
- Organize and maintain client folders on SharePoint.
- Maintain notes of calls with clients.
- Contact log management assigning Contacts to Accounts for outreach and entering targets into CRM
- Outreach assistance:
- Track outreach and place mail merges for deal team to send from CRM
- Schedule dry runs with the client and/or the broader Locust Walk team
- Facilitating NDA review and execution
- Schedule partner/investor meetings on behalf of the LW team
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and tending to logistics of meetings.
- Assist with updating/maintaining standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain various records and documents.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience supporting others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Is proactive and responds to others in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
