- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and talent needs.
- Design and execute comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify key competencies and skills required for success in various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement programs to assess and enhance employee capabilities, including performance management, succession planning, and career development. and leadership development.
- Identify training needs based on individual and organizational requirements.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and training methods, including e-learning. classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and mentoring/coaching programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics, and make continuous improvements as needed.
- Establish and maintain a performance management framework, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Work closely with managers to ensure clear expectations and regular performance discussions with employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in addressing performance gaps and identifying development opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate performance management systems to ensure fairness, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Identify cation of High-Potential Talent who have the skills and potential to take on leadership roles in the future.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and initiatives, including training, mentoring, and coaching, to prepare identified successors for future roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pool or pipeline of potential successors for critical positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive group of candidates.
- Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to potential successors on their performance and development progress, adjusting development plans as needed.
- Requirement language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 years (s) of working experience in talent development or related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, with strong planning and organizing skills.
- Well-versed in HRDC guidelines and processes for claim management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A team player, dynamic and capable of fostering positive change to drive leaning and development performance.
