You’ll handle tenant compliance, property inspections, viewings and problem-solving, helping to maintain high standards and strong relationships.What You’ll Be DoingEnsuring tenants comply with Licence Agreements and addressing any breachesManaging rent payments, issuing notices, and resolving disputesConducting property inspections and addressing issues proactivelyOrganizing and conducting property viewings, responding to inquiriesManaging move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless processWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of customer service experience in a tenant-facing or property-related roleStrong problem-solving skills: You think fast and act decisivelyExcellent communication: Both written and verbal, with great attention to detailTech-savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and property management softwareSelf-motivated & proactive: You take ownership and get things doneBonus Points For:Knowledge of property law, mediation, or debt collectionExperience dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB) issuesUnderstanding of the London property market and transport networksReady to take the next step?
