Answering customer queries
Supporting HPS sales team
Liaising with the Solution architect, Sales Team, SOL, FSM
Reporting and status updates as to the current support to HPS customersQualifications
- Technical background and education
- Min. 5 years of engineering experience as a customer support specialist
- Knowledge in: DCS Programing, PLC Programing, Honeywell System Experion, App Programing, Instrumentations, Control Routine, Network skill.
- Optional Desire experiences in programming PLC AB, PLC Siemens, Instrumentations, C#, Phyton, Java Script, Visual Basic, and other high-level languages.
- Needed: Electronic Engineer, System Engineer, Electrical Engineer.
- Good command of English (Listening & Speaking).
- Almost 3 years of experience.
- Travel: Yes, 50 % of the Time
