- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Asset Productivity, Finance and Supply planning to understand demand drivers in our marketplace. Incorporate Market intelligence into forecasts. Generate balanced demand and collection plans based on agreed objectives and operating guidelines via the IBP process.
- Facilitate the monthly Demand Review meetings and play a key role in driving Demand, Asset Productivity and Sales plan alignment through the Integrated Business Planning meeting
- Ensure that the assumptions underlying the demand plans are understood and documented along with timely communication ongoing demand forecast changes to key stakeholders in Sales, Asset productivity, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Responsible for achieving plan quality, reviewing historical trends, researching demand drives, developing statistical behavior models particularly for collections forecasting, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results.
- Continuously evolve Demand Planning strategy and roadmap with European peers to stay abreast of industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in developing the supporting the IBP process, providing longer term analysis of demand to assist Supply Chain Leadership in assessing long term supply capacity needs
- Collecting and consolidating retail and commercial forecasting data in a time of market uncertainty and providing meaningful insights to enable effective S&OP decision making. Managing uncertainty through robust, collaborative scenario building
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Understanding of statistical based demand planning
- Self-directed, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively influence key stakeholders
- Forecasting and demand planning in a commercial environment
- Working cross functionally and connecting data and ideas from different sources, Project management and delivery
- Min. Bachelor degree ideally in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related
- Fluency in English, any other European language is a plus
