- Contribute to developing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in executing media and PR campaigns, organizing events, and managing partnership activities.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Implement marketing activation plans across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
- Coordinate with external PR and design agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.
- Coordinate and execute product launches in alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
- Manage communication regarding product lineup changes and assist in marketing planning and newsletter communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to product development decisions.
- Coordinate logistics for exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and engage with target audiences.
- Ensure seamless execution of events and effective representation of our brands.
- Provide support in the showroom when necessary.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects related to brand development, promotions, or market research.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing department preferred.
- Background in brand/marketing support is advantageous.
- Proactive and hands-on with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for brands and affinity for the toy industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (fluent) and advanced English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to excel under pressure.
