Our diverse portfolio and dedication to quality ensure we stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.The RoleAs an Assistant Brand Manager within the BLX Team, you will be an integral part of our marketing operations, supporting various initiatives across our diverse portfolio. This role involves collaborating closely with team members to execute marketing campaigns, manage product lines, participate in exhibitions and trade shows, and handle ad hoc projects.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Activation (45%):
  • Contribute to developing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in executing media and PR campaigns, organizing events, and managing partnership activities.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Implement marketing activation plans across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Coordinate with external PR and design agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.
Product Line Management Support (30%):
  • Coordinate and execute product launches in alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Manage communication regarding product lineup changes and assist in marketing planning and newsletter communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to product development decisions.
Exhibitions and Trade Shows (10%):
  • Coordinate logistics for exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and engage with target audiences.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events and effective representation of our brands.
  • Provide support in the showroom when necessary.
Ad Hoc Projects (15%):
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects related to brand development, promotions, or market research.
Ideal ProfilePosition Requirements:Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing department preferred.
  • Background in brand/marketing support is advantageous.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
  • Proactive and hands-on with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for brands and affinity for the toy industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (fluent) and advanced English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to excel under pressure.
  • Creative thinking ability and flexibility in approaching tasks.
