There is a strong change management component, complimented by the need to be technical savvy and quickly picking up new online skills.Your responsibilities:
In this internship, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team in developing a toolkit and training that will help the upskilling of the Transformation network in our online tools. Enable Evergreen tool execution success in OpCo's, Regions, Global Functions - Together with the team design and execute activities as part of the change management plan, communicate with the worldwide end-user community and
- organize (ADKAR) surveys to measure effectiveness.
- Taking on projects that can cover any area that the team is involved in, exposing you to a broad range of functions and activities.
- Design, implement and support processes and governance of Evergreen initiative execution at various organisational levels.
- Hands on support with our internal communications: creating content, managing our internal social media channel, maintaining our Transformation portal, monitoring and generating traffic to portal and social media channel.
- Your starting date is 1st September 2024
- The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
- The duration of the internship is 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam
- You will receive an internship fee of €500 (wo & hbo) gross pm based on fulltime
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
- Project management - able to manage multiple projects, prioritise & maintain an overview of the big picture and close attention to detail
- Manages relationships with stakeholders (with conflicting interests). Communicates through understanding, influencing and/or serving others and requires more than facts to win arguments and influence others
- Dealing with ambiguity: Manages own workload, tasks, and scope. Pragmatic in doing what needs to be done. A self-starter.
- Digital skills - Masters analytical and communication tools, such as Excell, Powerpoint and Canva, to support projects with analyses and presentations/communications to senior stakeholders
- A senior student currently enrolled in a Dutch Master (HBO/WO), related to Business or Communication studies
- A passionate team-player with affinity with technology
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
