- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales in area, channel or category defined.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients and generating new business as well.
- Generation of the business plan for current and new business opportunities.
- Key interface in sales between the KA and all relevant internal functions, including HQ BD if needed.
- Managing the sales team under this responsibility and being the contact person with the external task force project lead to define the sales objectives and the HARTMANN strategy.
- Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- Setting sales targets, activity KPI's and trainning programs.
- Reporting on progress with s KPI's.
- Visiting customers and potential customers, the headquarter and the main centers as well.
- Bachelor degree in BA or health area.
- MBA valuable.
- Relevant prescription channel experience and knowledge. Negotiation skills are required.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Strategic vision.
- Fluent in English.
