- Project Planning and Team Management.
- Design of sustainable, energy efficient and resilient Mechanical Services and Installations.
- Compilation of Specifications for Mechanical Services and Installations.
- Ensuring full co-ordination between specifications and drawings.
- Estimating & cost control.
- Compiling project reports.
- Conceptual design studies and reports.
- Liaising with architects, clients and other stakeholders to set the constraints of the mechanical design and co-ordinate with all other disciplines in terms of the mechanical requirements and the mechanical discipline’s influence on all others.
- Mentoring and development of junior and intermediate engineers in the group.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years post-qualification experience, most of which will be in design gained within a consultancy environment.
- Chartered or Progressing to achieve chartership.
- Organised and adaptable with a flexible approach to work and an ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Developing knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Revit experience would be an advantage.
- Experience in large scale data centre or, healthcare or, large mixed use developments an advantage
- €70,000 to €80,000 – Dependent on Experience
