If so, this is the chance to apply now! 📥PeopleCert is looking for an Education Partnerships Associate who will manage direct mail campaigns, identify key decision makers, and promote PeopleCert/LanguageCert products for global recognition. Collaborate with regional teams, monitor policy changes, and create impactful content. Together, let's shape the future of language testing!As an Education Partnerships Assocoate, your tasks will include the following:
  • To manage direct mail campaigns with the current list of Recognising Organisations
  • To help with identifying decision makers in education institutions in priority markets responsible for approving new language tests.
  • To promote to these contacts the PeopleCert and LanguageCert range of products and to ultimately support the Education Partnerships Manager gain recognition from those education institutions for LanguageCert exams.
  • To work closely with the regional business development teams and the Accredited Academic Partner team to help identify potential areas for further collaboration or opportunities for cross-selling of PeopleCert products.
  • To support the Education Partnerships team in the provision relative content of the external environment including relevant policy developments, legislative change, and the opportunities which these provide for PeopleCert to expand its partnerships and recognition in order to grow our customer base.
  • To work with colleagues across the PeopleCert teams to help create content to promote PeopleCert/LanguageCert to government, educational institutions, agents, online training providers and other agencies where appropriate to your specific markets.
  • To collaborate with other team members in developing country strategies and engagement activities to further promote and gain recognition for our range of language exams.
  • To maintain an updated and accurate record in the PeopleCert CRM of all prospective and current leads, opportunities and contacts.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the status or the role, as deemed necessary by the Head of Educational partnerships or the Director of Global Partnerships and Recognition
  • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
  • Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times
What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field highly desirable.
  • Experience with a proven track record of customer relationship management of external customers.
  • Experience of working within the international higher education sector and working with university decision makers
  • Demonstrable experience of effective negotiation, including developing and agreeing collaboration in relation to admissions requirements for international students
  • Experience of delivering targets to agreed timeframes.
  • Experience of preparing and presenting business cases/proposals/tenders.
  • Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
