Job DescriptionFor our Marine Site Characterisation (MSC) organisation we are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager for the implementation of a competence management system in the Geotechnical Service Line.In this role you are responsible for the development and standardization of competence management in global (Marine) Geotech. Initial scope is examining and aligning the different Geotechnical Offshore roles in MSC. Your main objective is global roll-out of a standardised competence tracking platform by mid-25. In this varied position you collaborate closely with the Fugro Academy, Geotech Stakeholders and Leadership team.Would you like to become the ambassador for competence management within Geotech? Then this could be the role for you!Your roleYou are responsible for the build and implementation of the competence management platform in Geotech MSC.
