Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to handle specific window & door projects for custom luxury homes:As Fenestration Project Manager, you will work closely with the company’s high-end international and regional window & door partners. The successful candidate will embrace that they are responsible for the full-cycle management and coordination for assigned fenestration projects.You should have a strong background in construction and clearly understand the that their high-end clientele expects first-rate customer service as well as timely and accurate information. Communication skills of all types should be a core strength, as well as the ability to maintain and build strong relationships. Exemplary organizational skills, with a very high attention to detail, are mandatory.Your Responsibilities
  • Manage all project specific details thoroughly from initiation to closure and review.
  • Manage client interactions and expectations throughout the project life cycle and communicate project specific details clearly with project authorities and internally.
  • Complete window and door take-offs from architectural plans.
  • Assist in the pre-construction sales and design process.
  • Conduct job-site measurements.
  • Obtain sign-off on all project shop drawings from project authorities.
  • Work with company installation team to track and control construction schedule to ultimately deliver the project on-time and on-budget.
  • Produce change orders and update/modify addendums as required.
  • Send client invoices based on project contract payment terms.
  • Manage the project budget and maximize project profits.
  • Be accountable for establishing and maintaining scope during the project lifecycle.
  • Successfully execute the project(s) at all stages.
Your Qualifications
Required training and/or work experience in ONE or MORE of the following fields of specialization. Please note expertise in ONE or MORE of these following fields is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience as a Project Manager in one of the following fields:
  • Luxury fenestration project manager for high-end homes, working for fenestration manufacturers or organizations that represent luxury fenestration manufacturing companies.
  • A-Z full-cycle project manager for high-end, luxury homes, working for construction companies and/or high-end builders. Or a builder of custom homes.
  • Façade/fenestration engineer/specialist, working for engineering firms in a project management role.
  • Architect, architectural technologist, or project manager for an architectural firm that specializes in designing high-end custom homes.
